Summary

Helping ex-offenders follow a different path has long been an important cause for our founder & the SheerLuxe team. We’re therefore thrilled to shine a spotlight on an organisation that helps women with convictions build a career. In this podcast, chief executive of Working Chance, Natasha Finlayson OBE, joins Georgie, alongside Bethany Mackie & Adetola Adio Adeogu, who have been given new opportunities by the charity. From life inside to their struggles to find employment on release, the two explain how Working Chance has impacted them – plus, Natasha shares an insight into the important work that’s left to be done.
