0:23.4	My question asked for guidance from you is I have a very dear friend.
0:31.2	I've been friends with her for over 40 years.
0:35.0	And in May, she was diagnosed with endometrial and clear cell ovarian cancer.
0:41.9	They did a full hysterectomy, but now it's spreading. They've done two different types of chemotherapy,
0:49.6	and now she just started immune therapy. And it's now in her kidneys, her lungs, her liver.
1:00.6	And I'm attending the chemotherapy treatment or did attend the chemotherapy treatments.
1:08.9	We, I attend.
1:10.8	Okay. Stop. Stop. Stop. attend the chemotherapy treatments. We, I attend.
1:13.4	Okay, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. Stop, I know you care, but I think you're on the wrong track.
1:16.2	So let me help you what I think is the right track.
1:18.9	Because I'm sure at this point, she knows she's going to die and so do you.
1:23.8	So we got to wrap your brain around that and think, hmm, do I just sit with her while she's dying?
1:32.2	Or do I help her fill these moments with something?
1:37.0	If she likes the symphony, get some tickets, if she's mobile, if she's not, get a wheelchair and haul her in.
