Summary

0:59.0	The full title is Help Me Please, I beg you, because I've been a total bloody pillock.
1:03.4	I say that's because when I was told I had Parkinson's 14 years ago, I was told two key things
1:10.0	about the illness.
1:11.0	A, it's incurable, B, it's progressive. In other words I was told I definitely
1:16.1	wouldn't get better and I definitely would get worse. And what did I do armed with this vital
1:20.9	information? Nothing. I didn't downsize, declutter or make improvements to my home
1:25.8	or sort out my affairs or prepare for the future in any way at all. I simply carried blithely on.
1:32.0	In fact, I have run my life totally back to front. In my
1:35.6	30s I could manage stairs with ease so naturally we lived in a bungalow.
1:39.4	And in my mid-50s when I probably had Parkinson's but didn't yet know it?
