What it's going to talk about today is something that I think it's, you know, I was just writing

I think it's a really useful thing to consider and think about.

And that's just the importance of healing, by example, as my friend Alex puts it.

And by that, I mean, just if you want to help others, help yourself, right?

Because whenever we start going into our inner lives and doing the type of work and just

growing personally and developing our minds and letting go of our past experiences and

our reactionary behavior and kind of feeling into the present moment more and becoming

yourself aware, letting go of the traumas and various things that cause us to think in

certain ways and hold certain emotions that affect our behaviors, it's really beginning

to work through all that stuff.

There's a heaviness that comes from living with the inherent trauma that comes from existing,

you know?

There's no real reason to compare what one person is suffering from or another.

One person could have an extremely brutal childhood and another person could have a relatively

normal one.

It doesn't mean that the person had a relatively normal and supportive one isn't allowed

to be feeling certain ways.

You know, the idea that some pains, some heaviness are more impactful than others is not

really fair and it's not really logical, you know?

People's suffering is relative to them.

So everyone's own experiences will feel the most cinematic in their own way because
