a fundraising fitness challenge raising money for refugees in the UK and abroad.

Throughout June, people who've signed up like me are challenged to cover a distance that

represents a common refugee journey to reach safety. It could be from 22 miles to over 500

miles and you can make your miles count whenever, wherever and however you like,

so you might run, walk, use a wheelchair, roll a blade, swim or cycle, it really is up to you.

I'll be taking parts, I'm going to be running 72 miles throughout June and you can listen on my
