Dave Stahoviac here, host of the Coaching for Leaders podcast. I work with a lot of high

0:11.8

achievers, and they tend to set the bar really high for themselves. As one of my mentors once told me,

0:18.2

any strength, if overused, often becomes a liability.

0:23.5

Sometimes our desire to achieve a lot can actually stop us from starting, or something I see a lot,

1:28.0

hydrokinetics and what's the kind of work you all do? Absolutely. So we are an oil and gas service

1:33.7

company. We have a patented process for cleaning process lines. So downstream, so not drilling or

1:41.3

midstream, but it's at the end, end of the road where they're actually making plastic.

1:46.2
