1:12.8 | Oh, all sorts of things keep managers busy. I think whether they're the right things or the |
1:16.6 | wrong things or somewhere in between. But my role is I lead a team of 12 people that are very |
1:23.6 | tenured in the company I work for. We're responsible to get groceries out to our customers |
1:28.8 | for next day delivery. So there's definitely time pressure and time constraints that come with that, |
1:34.0 | but we're also responsible for growing our book of business and for just overall representing |
1:39.9 | the company that we work for in a bright light and in a bright way. So my day can vary from anything from dealing with regular issues to the futuristic standpoint |
