refugees in the UK and abroad. Throughout June, people who sign up, like me, are challenged to

cover a distance that represents a common refugee journey to reach safety. It could be from 22

miles to over 500. You might choose to run, walk, use a wheelchair, roll a blade, swim or cycle.

It's really up to you. I'll be taking part by running 22 miles across June. The same length of a
