Red Cross and their miles for refugees event. It's a fun raising fitness challenge, raising

money for refugees in the UK and abroad. Throughout June, people who sign up like me,

a challenge to cover a distance that represents a common refugee journey to reach safety.

It can be from 22 miles to over 500 miles and you can make your miles count whenever,

wherever and however you like you might want to run, walk, use a wheelchair, roll a blade,

them and then it's tiara time. Are you as a gentleman unless you are identifying as a lady today
