I am currently unemployed and I'm beginning my job search and I'm preparing for the interview and kind of the standard questions that are asked during an interview.

And I'm uncertain how to answer two questions regarding why I left my last job and how I left my last job.

All right, let's have some fun with us. Why did you leave your last job?

I left my last job because I was part of that 70% that wasn't as noble. But it boiled down to me being demoted.

I had been with the company for almost 20 years. And to help them out, I took a position that last year that really wasn't suited for me.
