talking yeah about empaths and what that means and what it means as an empath to connect to your

intuition yeah I was tuning in and I was like, what is this week's

episode going to be about? And it was like, yeah, let's talk about empaths. Also, because if you've

out of everybody that's taken the quiz. So I wanted to do a dedicated episode all about it.

Also, as it's the beginning of February, your February energy forecast is now live,

if you haven't accessed that yet. The theme for February is the centre. Yeah, the centre.

I mean, January was pretty chaotic energy-wise. I know that many people were facing

lots of challenges. The theme for January was the change. And just the energetics was a bit

discombobulating. It might have felt like you were in a washing machine last month.

Might have felt like life was, you were just kind of having to take things on a day-to-day

basis or, yeah, that you just kind of might have felt a bit out of sorts.

And this is why the theme for February is the centre because it just feels like this energy continues, to be

honest. There's a lot going on in the collective. There's a lot that might seem loud that's

there to take you off of your balance, to make you angry, to get you frustrated, to get you

riled up. There's a lot in the collective, energetically,

globally, not just across North America, trade tensions, naming one of those things. I think

that is very big taking people off their centre. And so that is why the theme is the centre,
