I'm enjoying a glass of our traditional summertime boodles and smoking some Bowser's castle from the country's choir, which just smells awful.

Oh, you know, I've got a bit of a story about the Bowser's Castle. It's such a good tobacco, and I, you know, I'm not, I'm very proud of my humility. I did a very good job blending this tobacco, but it just smells awful. Now, you know, so, so tonight, we are, as kind of we mentioned in the pre-show, we were running

super, super late. I mean, it's

five minutes, but you know. Yeah, well, lately, So tonight, we are, as kind of we mentioned in the pre-show, we are running super, super late.

I mean, it's five minutes, but, you know. Yeah, well, lately we've been on time. For Country Square Radio, that's bad. Well, it's early compared to how late we used to be in the early days. That's shameful. Yeah, that is true. But no, so, you know, part of the reason we're running late, it's not a matter of naming names or anything, but you know, you came in a little bit later this evening than...

I won't mention anyone, but his initials are John David Cole, right? His initials are JD. Don't know who that could be. Right. But no, you came in a little bit later than you normally do, but while, I'd say, in the last two minutes of the shop being open tonight. Yeah.

I was sitting here with Caleb, the intern.

We were having a nice chat.

And three young gentlemen walk into the store.

And they are all coming in for their first ever time to buy some pipe tobacco.

Oh, that's great.

Yeah.

Now, they've already got their pipes.

I mean, it's like the quidessential perfect time to. They, they are all three of them going off to college, every single one of them. You had an MC student, an Ole Miss student, and a state student, walking to a tobacconist. That should be a joke right there. They all preach, rabbi and Imam walking to a bar. Exactly. Exactly. So they walk in and, you know, they've, I mean, complete novices. And this is great, man, because I've never, you know, I don't think I've ever gotten a chance to, like, be a part of this experience. And so, you know, I'm sitting there and Caleb kind of walks through the motions and everything and they're talking about various tobaccos. And, you know, I hear the questions they're asking that I know that Caleb gets all the time, but I almost feel like those questions still live within me, even so many years later. And so I was trying to, you know, explain to him that not all tobacco's are the same. And so I asked Caleb if he was cool if I came back behind the counter and kind of pulled some stuff for him. And so I, to kind of make a bit of a point, not necessarily make an argument per se, but just to kind of give them an example. Okay. I pulled out Bowser's Castle, Rivendale, which was already out. Right. And then also Treasure Island. Oh, yeah. The goal was to give them three very different pipe tobaccos. And I think you nailed it. Yeah. Yeah. And just to kind of explain to him that, you know, not all pipe tobaccos are exactly the same.
