Hi, um, my name is Autumn No. I was on a study abroad trip with his chief friends. We were going to Vienna.

And it was like our first day that we had kind of been let loose in the city.

And our program really kind of discouraged us from getting like any kind of international cell phone planned.

So we're trying to navigate the public transport tram system for the first time.

And we don't have any data, we don't have Google Maps, we just have like these little

pocket maps that they gave us.

So it's like two or three of us and we're all huddled up looking at this little map. And these three women come up to us. They're a little older. They reminded me of my mom.

And in very spotty English, they were like, okay kiddos. Where are you trying to go?

And we like pointed to the name of the stop we needed to get to on our little map.

And they were like, okay, you're on the right tram. And so they would like hold up their fingers.

They were like, okay, you have to go four stops. They hold up four fingers. Three fingers. Three more stops. And we get past, two more stops, two fingers.

And they had to get off the tram one stop ahead of us or something.

And they were like, very careful.

They were like, okay, it's not this one, but it's the next one.

You understand, like not this stop, but the next stop. Like, we were, like, a little five-year-old or something.

And we're like, okay, okay. It was just so sweet. It was just so sweet. And so, and we got exactly where we needed to be.

So whenever I'm nervous to travel or is scared to travel, I always hold on to this memory
