i do get allergies so i'm i always on a um a nasal spray and a claret in d or whatever you you know. But and I'm, I'm out of my spray.

So I'm thinking this might be it. But it also, maybe it's the traveling. I think it might be a

science affection for a second. I thought, you know, everything out, you get a hang now. You're like,

do I have COVID? I don't. Yeah. Do I, do I have a cold? I couldn't figure it out. I'm still on the fence, but I have this Navaj thing where it's like, okay, I was going to

bring this up because you did that on me.

So it's this, you've heard of like a netty pot where it's like saline solution.

So this is like a robo.

But it's, if people don't know what a nutty pot is you basically pour salinated is that a word water

into one nostril and let it come out the other nostril like it's very old school yeah like

you remember those straws that are like curly cues do you remember like like the plastic straws? So I always picture the

saline solution going like that through your nasal passages. It totally does. Yeah. It does. But so now

that's how the pilgrims did it with a nutty pot. The way you do it now is this motorized thing where

it's like and it like just totally has its way with your nasal passages.

I do it every one.
