Summary

In the first part of this Feature, Michelle Venorsky, Founder & CEO of Hello, LLC., shares why women shouldn’t pick between their career and being a mother. Hello LLC is an all-female engagement agency that not only provides quality service to their clients but also stays true to their values. Although the traditional career path might work for some, it does not work for all. For instance, working mothers still face complications in the traditional 9 to 5 environment. Michelle combats this by creating an environment that allows women (whether she's a mother or not) to balance out their personal life while having a productive workspace. It no longer has to be an “either/or” conversation, just simply badass women who could do it all. Here's her story.

In part one, Michelle discusses The Introduction to Hello LLC; The Founder’s personal story; Pre-Instagram marketing techniques and maneuvering through the world of Second Life; Why the marketing term of the year is “Pivot”; How to work in a world of marketing cuts; Why they helped clients for free; Creating value in your community; Aligning your values, communicating your message, and striving for authenticity; And so much more.

Join us while Ramon Vela interviews Michelle in Part 1 of this episode and listen to her share the inside story of a brand.
