0:11.5	against the UK over the infamous internal market bill.
0:15.3	So we've reconvened Wednesday's panel

0:21.8	so we might not sound quite like usual, please forgive us.

0:28.0	Why is the EU taking legal action?
0:30.1	And what will it consist of?
0:32.2	Well, it's really very simple.
0:34.2	The European Union is taking legal action
0:37.4	because the United Kingdom has breached the terms
0:40.6	of the withdrawal agreement.
0:42.2	It's an international agreement,
0:44.6	and the EU therefore has every right to do so.
0:47.6	We've renaked on an, at least stated our ambition
0:51.7	to re-nage on an international treaty.
0:54.2	And they've got every right to do so, particularly,
0:56.9	as they say, it won't pull them out of trade talks doing it.
