On September 17, 2009, 24-year-old my tree Richardson disappeared without a trace in the woods near Malibu, California.

She had been arrested at a beachside restaurant for failing to pay a tab and taken to the Lost Hills Sheriff's Station.

You know, I mean, she's not from that area and I would take to wake up to a morning report.

I will lost some water here, chopped off.

At least in the station here she will be separated so nobody's going to be with her.

Certainly that's, you know, the plus thing, so you don't have to worry about her safety.

This is the same Sheriff's Station, where Mel Gibson was taken to sober up after his drunken rant and then safely driven back to his car.

There was no courtesy ride for my trees, the young African-American non-celebrity.

They knew that she had been released with no car, no money, no cell phone, nothing.

And in the dead of night, her mom calls the next morning to tell them that she never came home and it's like, oh well, she probably just, you know, she'll...

They were just very non-celant and casual about it.

She doesn't know the area. She's never been in your area. Well, I think she's the crest. That's what has to be said.

That's where she more than just her...

The police released her just after midnight.

And there was nothing right. They had my trees.

Victimized from the moment they knew that she was not in the right state of mind. She needed to be here.

And she needed help. She should have went to her age hospital.

My trees disappeared into the darkness and was never seen alive again.

If they would put her clothing in the body back to be buried, you know that they're trying to hide.

So I'm like, if we tell them, we don't know what they're going to do.
