0:00.0 | Okay, hello. My name is Jay Brown. This is Yoga Talks podcast. Welcome to it. If this is your first time here, then the next couple minutes might not mean much to you. |
0:27.3 | I usually like to start the podcast with a little check-in of sorts. Some people like it. Some people don't. |
0:34.5 | If you're not interested, then you can use that little fast forward 15 second |
0:39.4 | button. If you're using a podcast app, you can skip over. I'm not going to be offended. |

1:51.4 | her some love and thanks. She has been incredibly helpful. Let me say that dealing with a credit union |
1:59.1 | is an incredibly more enjoyable, although I shouldn't say |
2:05.3 | enjoyable. There was nothing about the experience that was enjoyable in some sense, but the fact |
2:09.8 | that it was with a credit union was definitely better than dealing with a bank. And back in the, |
2:16.7 | when the financial crisis happened, which I mentioned last week, right, I thought about it. |
2:22.4 | I thought about getting away from the banks and doing with credit unions, but it was just too |
