This is the BBC. Our great life has been described as someone who was a groundbreaker, a pioneer, someone

who ruffled feathers and shook up male-dominated sport. Rachel Heho Flint, who died in January this year, epitomized

women's cricket in England for more than a generation, bringing it respectability and a higher profile than it had ever enjoyed.

And nominating Heho Flint as Her Great Life Choice is my guest Dame Helena Morrissey, who too has made it to the top of her career in a male-dominated world, the city.

She's founder of the 30% Club, a campaign group whose aim is to get a minimum of 30% women on Futsi 100 boards.

And now she's head of personal investing at legal and general investment management,

a huge British multinational financial services company whose headquarters are in London.

Dame Helena, I see the parallels between you and your great life both working in environments

that have made it hard for women to be accepted as equals.

Is that the reason for you're making this choice?

It is, the main reason.

I admire women who both get to the top of their own game but do something to help other women.

And from everything I have been able to gather about Rachel Heho, that's what she did.
