Yeah, good, thanks, yeah. Although it's not quite as pleasing as it was last week.

I wouldn't say I was someone who suffers with seasonably affected disorder until the sun comes out.

And then you realize that the sun is producing positive emotions in me.

And actually, I've been feeling quite flat for the last four months.

I don't know if you've ever had that experience.

Yeah, definitely. Well, I do notice it when the sun's not out. Definitely struggle with it

in the winter. Yeah. How are you, Anna? I'm okay. Slightly, we had a little chat beforehand,

but slightly hay fever that's just kicking in early March here in Cornwall. So that's a bit annoying. Because I get so excited about the spring springing. I'm like, yay,

flowers are coming. I've survived another winter. And then I'm smacked in the face by hay fever,

which is just a bit annoying. I hear you. I suffer similarly. I've heard whispering, Zana,

that you're teaming up with friend of Nomad podcast Thomas Ord, leading a session

at his upcoming UK event. That's exciting, isn't it? Yeah, really exciting. Yeah, there is a conference

and I've managed to get involved. So, yeah, I'm really looking forward to that. I like Tom.
