two years ago. In this one, we dive pretty specifically into the topic of pride. Now there's a lot in these chapters that you

can uncover on your own, but this is just one specific study that we had that I think makes a big

difference for us as we try and cut pride out of our own lives and maybe help those around us as well.

So dive in, as always, we hope that this begins a great study for you and that it helps you.

Before we dive in, though, I had this question, and I posed it to you in advance,

and so hopefully you've been able to think about it.

I'm always thinking about this stuff.

But one of my favorite things to do with anyone that's teenage is to make fun of the things that they're wearing and how the things that they're wearing are things that if they would have gone to school, when I went to school, they would have gotten beat up for.

For example, the popular thing right now is socks and sandals, right?

Wait a sec.

Now, you guys may not know this, but I'm a little bit older than Zach, and I'm a little more trendy.

I wore socks with sandals in middle school.

In high school, yeah, that would have been really bad.

Just have to just have to say that.

There you go.

That's how quickly trends move. One that is

popular now is like big fluffy hair, which was, you know, a thing in the 90s, right? Late

...
