I'll have to look that up. The diamonds. It's the diamond anniversary, everybody. I'm Simon. I'm Matt. And for those of you listening for the first time, this is a show where we talk about heists in the news and famous heists from the past. And it's our 50th one, so it's kind of a special one. So thank you for listening today. Matt, how you doing? I'm doing good. I'm doing good as well, man. This is, uh, we didn't have really time to talk about it because it's been a little bit wham-bang, but the holidays were nice and now we're back doing our thing. Yeah, we're back at it. You know, this is like kind of like our first year doing the pod. And it's, it's been great the whole time. It's been a great experience. It's been awesome. I mean, I've been kind of blown away by all of you out there who listen.

Heist in the news. Okay, so this piece of news comes from NBC News Channel 8. And the headline is,

Holy Handcuffs, Florida Man arrested after $1.4 million in comic book heist. That's a lot. That's a lot of money in comic books. I'd like to know if that's, you know, from that, like, value book, how they're valuing that $1.4 million. But what was the name of the comic book price guy? Was it called Wizard? Yeah, it was like Wizard, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Maybe that's from the Wizard Guide. Imagine looking up Wizard Guy. I mean, like, $100,000. I remember always getting arguments with the guy at, like, the baseball card store because he'd be like, the book sets is worth $200. And he'd be like, yeah, give you $5 for it yeah i know who you're talking about yeah okay so

dollars has been recovered after arrest in arizona news station abc 15 and phoenix reports

the police charge philip wisebauer of royal palm beach, Florida with the theft and trafficking and stolen

property after he tried to sell four comic books. Those items alone were valued at $100,000.

Part of a collection of nearly 450 comic books stolen from a storage unit, they really valued

that much. You're having a simple storage unit like that. Yeah. It's all like these things don't see the light. And it's not, and that's not to defend Philip Wisebauer, who's probably just a dick who wanted money. But it is like, I mean, is there any joy in being like, I have a really expensive thing. I keep it in a storage unit. I'm assuming this guy like owns a comic book store. This is like the storage unit for it or something. Or maybe you got them inherited or something. Yeah. But still, like, I think so. You might have

valued them a little higher than they really are worth. See, with comic books. And do you think

that they've gone up in value like crazy since we were kids? Maybe. Maybe because Marr, like all those
