And Ben and Sherell do as good of a job as really anybody in the country in terms of tracking the portal happenings and the recruiting circuit and all that.

And a big part of that is they've done it for decades.

And so you've built up a lot of ties and sources throughout the industry during that time period.

And inside Carolina subscribers were able to benefit from that.

But yeah, Tommy, we're a weekend.

It's kind of wild that's already been a week, but we also knew that when Michael

Malone took the job, that was when the transfer portal opened.

And with the portal only being open for 15 days,

we're already about at the halfway point.

Now, of course, the important detail there is that while you've got 15 days to put your name into the portal,

once you're in, you can sign with whoever you want, whenever you want.

So there could be players in the portal who don't sign until June or July.

And that's the benefit.

But for now, it's a matter of canvassing the portal, trying to figure out exactly what you

want to do in the high school ranks.

And doing this while getting your feet wet

on the ground in Chapel Hill and also trying to round out your coaching staff. So just an

incredibly hectic week for Michael Malone here just a weekend. So this is what's interesting
