Welcome to our Thursday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I'm nearing the end of my fourth week teaching

verse by verse through the book of Hebrews and I have a brand new book out on this it's a

hard-back 200-plus page book where I've taken my footnotes off of my living

commentary a digital commentary on over 27,000 verses in the Bible,

and I've printed them out, just the ones that pertain to Hebrews, and we've now got this new

book out. And I tell tell you this is really powerful.

I've said this often throughout this series but you have to understand

the truths that are expressed in the book of Hebrews to fully receive what Jesus has done for us.

This is just a pivotal book in the New Testament,

and sad to say most Christians don't get it because there's some things in here

that you have to use your head for something besides a hat rack to get.

It's not all just inspirational, Some of it, you have to think in order to be able to get it.

And there's a lot of people that honestly just don't want to put the effort into learning these things.

And so we're now in Hebrew chapter 7 and this is one of those

passages that a lot of people just get lost right here. So because of that I'm going to try and condense this and just

summarize it so that you don't get bogged down in all of the detail of this but

again this is super, super important.
