The dates are February 5th through the 7th, and the subject of the conference is growing in the Gifts of the Spirit.

You can join us there in person or via live stream, and what you're going to get out of that conference is some serious theological training on the gifts of the Spirit.

What are they? How do they operate?

There's also going to be opportunities to break out and practice spiritual gifts in a kind of biblical,

safe, and orderly way. We've got lectures from myself, Michael Miller, Michael Roundtry, John Mark Baker, from the Minor Prophets, and Dr. Sam Storms. So if you're looking to move beyond just

the theoretical and learning the theology of spiritual gifts, but you're actually wanting to start

practicing them for yourself, I'd encourage you to come out and hang out with us February 5th

Sam Storms knows so much about Tungs. He literally wrote the book on it. We're excited to talk to him about that today. His book and some of the upcoming events that he's got going. Before we get into that, Michael, how are you doing? Fantastic. It's been a got to go preach at a youth camp this last Saturday. Youth camp? Is that normal for you? No, actually, no. I've done it twice or last two years in a row, but it was, I mean, to me, it like reminds me in my old young life days. Yeah. Yeah, it was so much fun. Back to the roots. Ten kids commit to Christ to rededicate. I know some of them were brand new believers and three kids get baptized for the first time. So pretty cool. That's exciting. Yeah. Yeah. Cool. Well, excited to have Dr. Sam Storms on the program today. If you are not familiar,

we were going to give Dr. Sam's a moment to introduce himself and his ministry. Dr. Storms,

tell us a little about yourself. Yeah, I'd be happy to. I was born and raised in Oklahoma.

I've lived in Texas, Missouri, Illinois. We came back to Oklahoma City in 2008.

So I've been here at Bridgeway Church,

senior pastor here for finishing my 11th year.

I went to the University of Oklahoma.

For all you Texas fans down wherever you may be,

just deal with it.

Graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary, then I got my PhD at the University of Texas

at Dallas.

So I do, I'm a sooner with a degree from the University of Texas system.

I know that feels like a contradiction, but what can I say?
