Well in 2004 at the age of 29 after being a bachelor for all of my 20s I got married to

the love of my life and it's been a wild journey but I will tell you that first year was

quite the adjustment for me after being a bachelor for a long time and only having to worry

about me and only have to care about me you know where this is going. I really was only

really focused on me which was a rude awakening when we moved into a house together and she was

there all the time and I loved her very much but like I didn't have my own space anymore.

I had like a fifth of a closet. I had like a little bit of counter space in the bathroom and

so that was it that was an adjustment. I will tell you that first year I ate better than I had

in all of my 20s. My wife is an amazing cook and so I ate really really well so well by the way

that at the beginning of 2005 I decided I need to set my sights on better health. I had been

eating very healthily but not living very healthily and so I had set my sights on this

cleanse. Anybody ever done a cleanse by the way you've done a cleanse before? Nobody wants to

raise their hand for that. How about the lemonade cleanse? Anybody want to claim that one?

It's like lemonade, honey and cayenne pepper. Pepper it's terrible like that's not the one I'm

talking about but I've done that one before. I've experimented with a lot of these things but
