Christian Nationalist gets cold reception in Canada.

If you live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and you didn't know who Sean Foyt was at the beginning

of this week, you do now.

Today, I repent for my sin, for my shame, for my hardness, for my addiction.

I say, Lord, set me free.

Sean Foyt is a shining star in the Maga movement, and a worship leader who gathers hundreds and sometimes thousands of

believers to worship in public spaces. But this week, his plans to start his latest Canadian

tour at a historical site near Halifax have been foiled. Sort of. Originally, he had received a permit from Parks Canada to hold his

event at the York Redoubt National Historic Site. It's a fortification that was built in 1793 to protect

the local port. But on Tuesday, some Nova Scotians and the local Liberal member of Parliament

all called on Parks Canada to revoke the permit.

Their reasoning is that the event goes against Parks Canada's guiding principles

of inclusion and safety for all visitors.

And that's because Sean Foyt regularly speaks out

against things like the 2S-LGBQ Plus community

and abortion rights.

By Wednesday morning, Parks Canada had not only revoked the permit

for the York Redoubt National Park,

but shortly after, the permit

for his second stop in Charlottetown was also revoked. Hours later, Moncton and Gatineau
