my sorority sister from from college Jen Schreiber Sherman, who's a Peloton instructor, who you've been hearing

me talk about.

She's coming on the show today.

It's going to be really fun.

And we're going to talk about the bike.

And I'll ask her questions about what we were like in college

and the whole thing. But before that, I don't know, I thought maybe like we could just hang out

like me and you. How do you feel about that? Because I've noticed in your comments that, you know, when I'm having people on sort of as a guest every week, then sometimes I don't tell stories about what's going on in the family

and I think you want to hear more of that.

So I thought maybe I'd try it this way this week, and maybe you guys could let me know how you feel about this if I talk to you just directly alone and then the guest comes after.

So I just thought I'd sort of recap what's been going on since I was with you guys last week.

So we had, man, so many ups and downs during this period of time, right?

But we were sitting outside by the pool the other day,

and there was this police helicopter

flying in circles like around our neighborhood. on the bullhorn they were saying

that these two kids were missing and describing what outfits they were wear.
