9.30 a.m. Oh my gosh. Did you see those pictures of him when he was in Italy with his new girlfriend?

God, that guy needs to work out. And he said on that podcast, he's going to start switching from

immediately waking up at 9.30 looking at his phone to working out for at least 20 minutes. Then he said he'd look at his phone

20 minutes afterwards, but the rule is always 20 minutes to low to moderate intensity aerobic exercise

three times a week for six weeks to feel less fatigued and more energized and more happy.

And also divulged in this podcast, Elon Musk talked about keyboard shortcuts, like Control F is to find

something on a webpage. Well, it turns out that Elon Musk, his favorite keyboard shortcut is

control plus space plus X. Edit, Control Space X. I know you laughed. I heard you laugh because it is.
