I'm Pete, joined by Mike, no darius today. And in yesterday's pod, we lamented an ugly win.

The Lakers won an especially terrible basketball game against the Portland Trailblazers.

And on the second night of a back-to-back, they lost a much better basketball game. But the season

finds new ways to torture us nonetheless, Mike. Wild swing of emotions at the end of that game.

It was a TNT only broadcast last night, but you're still in the building. What was your

reaction from ground level? Pete, I, what Darius said he wasn't going to be here? I was kind of like,

well, I almost needed the three minutes that he was going to talk here to gather myself again.

It's just, it's just been in a lot of ways this Murphy's Law season and this continued.

And it just, I was feeling for Laker fans out there watching this game, you know, including you,

including Darius.

And because I, as we talk about, I try to stay in my professional mode when I'm watching

these games.

And of course, like everybody else, right?
