Put some time into it. Don't rush it. Make it special. Okay. So for your heart energy manifesting ritual, I like a nice quiet place. I like the television's turned off, the computers, the phones, anything that's electronic, let's just turn it off.

Let's close the curtains and make sure there's just no noise

anywhere. And if there is a little noise, it's not electronic noise, okay?

And then find a comfortable chair.

Now when I do this, I always have a beautiful pink candle burning because a candle is symbolic of my heart the

love that comes from my heart it's not the color of the heart chakra, but it is the color of the vibrational energy that comes from your heart. You don't need the candle by the way, not necessary, but if you want to use it, it's a good idea.
