Dat-a. Well, as you can probably probably imagine we have a lot of ground to cover and I love it when that happens. Um there is no uh panic whatsoever in regard to man I

hope I can talk long enough about these topics so that we actually have an episode.

There's none of that today.

A lot of kind of random stuff, but big stuff being talked about, so I want to give my thoughts.

Some of which I already have, but why don't we start with that Al-Shire hit?

I have kind of vacillated on this one, and I think this is going to be one of those two things

being true at the same time.

Number one, it is entirely unfair that defenders are being forced to make split-second

decisions like they are.

And then if they choose to be graceful to quarterbacks,

quarterbacks like Pat Mahomes like to take advantage of that,

make the guy look like a complete idiot for just missing a tackle

and then giving up a ton of yards and first downs

and probably allowing them to go on to win the game, et cetera, et cetera.

And if you decide screw that, you're going to put your body out in front of me. I'm going to lay a hit on you. You end up getting a three-game suspension. And that's all predicated on a split-second decision. That's not the correct way to do things. I don't think this quarterback is always right mentality is right. I think at some point,

quarterbacks have to take some accountability for themselves, and they have to worry about

protecting themselves. You know, I just had Pat McAfee here talking to Aaron Rogers, and I

just caught a little snippet of it. But, you know, Rogers had made
