Thanks for having me. And Tim is, I'm kind of reading this a little bit, but Tim's an author and a teacher. You're a business coach and also you're the founder of Kingdom Business Consulting. Why don't we just talk about that first? Like what is Kingdom Business Consulting? Yeah, I think the best way to explain it is we really tried to help uh we work
1:12.2	with CEOs executives throughout the u.s internationally and it's really to bridge the gap between
1:16.4	the practical and spiritual it's to bring practical application uh to what we talk about what we preach
1:21.4	about a lot of times especially if you're familiar with beth i'll say what we do here at bethal
1:25.6	our job is to come alongside of you to help partner with you to actually implement it and integrate it. A lot of people get left with the concepts and ideas, but they don't know how to integrate it. And so we work alongside of them. Our goal is really to help, it's like a Sherpa. We call it where Sherpers are people group in Nepal where they actually help people go up
1:45.0	Mount Everest and so the goal is it called Sherper Sherpa Sherpa S-H-E-R-P-A that's easier than L-H-H-H-H-H-E-R-P-A.
1:53.0	My last name is not Sherpa but yeah but what it is is they go they take people places I've always
1:59.4	wanted to go but they also carry the baggage going up Mount Everest with them.
2:03.6	And so that was our goal is to come alongside of the business leader CEOs.
