And today we're going to be talking about two very different classic rock acts, Bruce Springsteen and

Crosby Stills Nash and Young.

There are new books out about each of these acts, and as it happens, one was written by

Mr David Brown, it's called Crosby Stills Nash and Young,

The Wild Definitive Saga of Rock's Greatest Supergroup. That's one of those titles you have to read. It's hard to keep that on your mind,

but it accurately describes this book, believe me. And the other book was written by me Brian Hyatt and it's

called Bruce Springsteen the stories behind the songs nice easy to remember I don't know maybe

more concise next time I don't know David but there's a lot to get into my subtitle

entitled a lot of names a lot to get into my subtitle and title,

a lot of names, a lot of themes.

And Andy Green is here to question us.

Andy has his own book coming out next year,

but we won't talk about that just yet.

So first of all, we realized David and I

that there are very brief intersections

between Bruce Springsteen and Crossby Stills in Nash very brief and we will

cover them very briefly and so I'll summarize first of all there was a softball game
