Stephanie is a pastor and writer who serves as the campus pastor at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

She's super open about her struggles with mental health, coming from a place of leadership,

and today that's exactly what we're talking about.

We're talking about struggling with mental illness when you were in a place of leadership,

and it's a really great conversation.

I'm super pumped to have this conversation about vulnerability.

So the title of your episode is for when you want to be vulnerable, healthily, right?

Yeah.

So, okay, like we all agree, like vulnerability is important, but we want to do it well,

and we want to do it in a way that is healthy and sets an example of healthy vulnerability.

So I think this is going to be a really incredible conversation.
