And today we are going to be discussing boundaries. We are going to be discussing

healthy versus unhealthy relationships. And before we begin, I just want to give a big content

sexual abuse in this episode, sexual assault in this episode, and we also talk about animal abuse in this episode as well.

And to begin with, I'm going to give the definition of boundaries.

And boundaries are an imaginary line that separate me from you.

It separates your physical space, your feelings, needs, and responsibilities from others.

Your boundaries also tell other people how they can treat you, what's acceptable and what isn't.

And without boundaries, people may take advantage of you because you haven't set limits
