The reason a lot of times that we can't get to them all is because they kind of flood

I have one that I've been loving these days. I'm eating every single day for lunch. So I'll share what it is and I'll have Dr. Troy say, this is good or this is why this is not good, but this is what these foods do for you. So share your recipes. I want to know. If you have something that you do that is just one of your go-to meals that you can't get enough of. I have a friend who eats organic meatballs and Brussels sprouts for lunch every day.
