In fact, I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day

that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk,

the deep in your understanding of God's Word and that heightens your awareness of his very real presence in your life. Well, if you listen often enough, you know we got our good friend, Dr. Troy, who joins us on the show once a month. Dr. Troy Spurrell is this name. We talk health, we talk the healing process. And, you know, we're going to talk today about the fact that you're not alone. whatever you're walking through. You know, it's amazing what this crisis has brought out in people.

Some are dealing directly with the COVID crisis, whether you're a health care worker or you're homebound. But then other crises still happen. And some people are under such stress right now. You're trying to educate your children at home and you're trying to work full time at the same time. I just need you to know every morning, one of the things that have changed for us behind the scenes, of course, we're all working remotely except for Kim who's producing, who heroically comes into the studio every day to work the board for this show. In fact, give her a shout out and thank her because she's really so heroic in the way that she serves. But all that to say, the rest of us are working remotely. And we get on a meeting, a video meeting every morning at 10. We didn't do that before this crisis. And we're talking about the stress that you're under and we're praying for you. So we want to know ways we can help you. So keep the text line open as far as text us, your prior requests. And we're actually looking at if we can partner with an organization that's getting medical equipment to health care workers. If there's any other way we can help, would you just let us know? Don't be afraid to ask. We're trying to find innovative ways to be here for you, to help you through this time. And before I officially and properly introduced Dr. Troy, we're going to talk about the COVID crisis, how to show up your life. But of course, we're going to take your health and healing questions across the board. But this dear listener just texted in, I would like to please ask for prayer for the health and protection of my family, for my mental and physical health and clarity, especially during this pandemic, when I need to be

strong for my family. And this dear soul speaks for so many. We don't want to get into fear

and anxiety, but the threat is real and the stress is real. And so, Lord, we just pray for this

dear listener. We ask you, God, to just give them a supernatural grace and a supernatural sense

of your presence right where they live,

would you protect them from every enemy taunt, every enemy scheme, to derail them, to turn their

eyes to things that would cause them to fear? May you help them flourish mind, body, and spirit.

Keep them so protected. Keep them strong, healthy, and together. And I pray instead of stress, they would know
