And once I started noticing this change, I was like, okay, there's something I have to do about this. And when I went to my holistic doctor, the best thing was to clear out my gut and clearing out my gut meant being on a paleo diet. So I've actually been on a paleo diet for the past two months. However, I feel like in the past, honestly, like six months, I have not worked out the way I used to. I used to work out every single day, seven days a week, sometimes twice a day. And then it got to a point where I just stopped loving it so much. I feel like I didn't really know what I enjoyed doing. I didn't know what was best for my body. |
