not about longevity it's you have. Yes I did my various things my first degree

was human nutrition first degree was human nutrition.

Second degree was herbal medicine.

Not that I necessarily wanted to be a herbalist, but I was getting really fascinated with plant

biochemistry and how that interacts with our physiology. And my post-grad was nutritional medicine at the University of Surrey.
