I'll eat a cookie. Cookies are less calories. Well, but they don't cookies you'll wear off like in 20 minutes. You'll be hungry again. I think those oats, they're protein and they're supposed to like fill you up.

Stick to your ribs for, you know, hours and hours. I'll worry about it in 20 minutes. I know exactly 20 minutes. I'll have another cookie. Right?

My I made these cookies the other day. Can Fettie cookies. Oh my god. They were the most amazing cookies ever. And I normally don't eat my cookies because I won't stop. I ate seven of them.

They must have been good. I have to come over Melissa. Oh my god. B.P. had four of them. And he's like, I gotta stop. I'm like, you know, that sounds good.

In addition to eating like several cookies, you were telling us you were also watching some TV that we got a watch. So I watched. I actually watched it twice. I don't know why, but I just did.

It's the Richard Simmons. It's on Netflix. It's just like an hour long special. Where is Richard Simmons and oh my gosh, it was so sad. You guys have to watch it.

Tell me what's going on with him. When did he leave the spotlight? 2014. No one has seen him in public. Oh my god. I saw that on TMZ.

Uh-huh. And it was saying that he always seemed like such an outgoing, like interacting with his audience and stuff. And they said he's not that way at all.

But his problem was he wanted to help everyone. He's such a, he is really a kind, he's an introvert. So he's not really that person that's like, but he always wanted to help everyone.

So he exhausted himself. He would like, if somebody was in trouble, he would help them. If he talked to everybody, he talked to people on the phone that he didn't even know. He reached out.

It just took all of the life out of him because he gave so much to other people. And he loved everybody and kissed everybody and it just took it out of him.

But he was born with a genetic disease with his knees. So he had really bad knees.

Uh-huh.

And his knees are bad. He needs a knee replacement. And they said he probably will never be the same. So he didn't want not to be like that.

And he was bullied in school. They like tried to light them on fire. They did. I mean, what? You know, he only ate lettuce and water for two months.

Oh my. He lost 100 pounds. And he's bulimic and a rexick. He's in the hospital. I mean, oh my word. His story is incredible. I remember watching him growing up.

And just thinking he was finding him so entertaining because he's so vibrant and energetic.
