Dr. Potter was operating on a patient.

Patient is asleep. Someone knocks on the door and says that, hey, the insurance company where this patient is calling you, you need to pick up. After two or three more social media posts, we find out now that United Healthcare is like, yo, you need to take it down immediately. She's saying, I ain't going to be scared. I'm going to keep posting. The insurance company has rejected the claim for this patient to be impatient.

For me, this whole thing reeks of bad judgment.

The fact that she took the phone call, bad judgment.

She didn't even make it so vague so that the patient didn't know that it was about him or her. To the point where her actions on social media potentially impacted the

patient's ability to get covered for insurance, doubling down on it, as if she's the hero

in this whole thing.
