Medical records are treasure troves for identity thieves.

An anthem, America's second largest health

insurer, is the latest casualty of cyber warfare. 80 million records were stolen, Anthem didn't

encrypt them and didn't have to under federal law. The private sector is on its own against

state-sponsored hackers like China's so-called Deep Panda. Can Washington provide needed protection without further violating personal privacy?

Today's talking point, a wife and mother who can't wait to do her job,

taking photographs at the risk of her life.
