I took, to end my health anxiety for good, all right?

Health anxiety is just another form of worry.

I'm worrying about specific sensations and symptoms and mental symptoms, emotional physical,

and if I didn't worry about these things, I'd be worrying about something else anyway,

because throughout my entire life, I've been consumed with worry.

So I don't want you to see yourself as a health anxiety suffer, but I want you to dig deeper

than that and say, you know what, where do these worrying habits come from?

And I need to start changing my beliefs around myself in the world so that I can let go

of worry, so that I can embrace the uncertainty of this life.
