Hi guys welcome to the pH big a booker. That's Perez. How are you?

I am doing much better now so I had alluded a while back to just going through some drama personally that I couldn't talk about. I can finally talk about it now because

I'm almost done with it, but I've had to fire my two nannies and get two new nannies. I can't believe you have two nannies. Well because I'm single dad

so I need help every day. Eventually when the kids like in a few years I don't probably need as much help like I won't probably need a weekend,

manny and all that jazz, but it's three and they're young so I do need help because my mom also is old and sick and she really can't help that much.

And you do have to work all day long. I just shocked that there's two, but okay tell me the story. I want to hear the story.

Of course too because there were so many hours I can't legally have somebody work non-stop seven days a week. One person work non-stop seven days a week.

So anyways I had a get rid of my two nannies and find two new nannies and that process literally has taken me about two months.

So much of my time and it's one of the main reasons too why I even have stopped making all these YouTube videos because it's such an involved process.

Like face timing with them because I don't want to meet with people because I don't want to have that many people coming to my house because of the the

Rona and then meeting them and then trying them out and then this one didn't work out or that one ended up being sketchy or this one showed up and lied.

Like a few people have been have lied about like really not major lies but like oh yeah I actually am not legally able to work here.

Because a lot of people pay their nannies cash and illegally but I don't. I pay everybody on the books. I do everything legally.

I'm too big of a target to risk potentially exposing myself or getting sued. I also have my nannies every week fill out time sheets so that there's no discrepancies in the future.

I'm not ever going to get paid for unpaid and I'm not ever going to get sued for unpaid wages because they are themselves filling this shit out every week and signing it.

So whatever.

Good for you. Nobody does that in this town by the way.

I think I've found one and I think I'm close to finishing the trial and hopefully the second one will work out.

So I hope to finally have some more time to just get back to somewhat more normal. I hope. I don't know.
