today is Dr. Paul Harch. Dr. Harch, thanks so much for coming on. My pleasure. Dr. Harch, I've been a big fan of yours for a while.

I just kind of, you know, mentioned that before we went, before we went live, I've been following

all your stuff.

You do a lot of work with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

For those who don't know really what that is, can you just kind of give us a brief rundown of what it is and how it works?

Okay.

Well, it is a treatment that uses increased atmospheric pressure and increased oxygen to treat wounds in any location in the body and of any duration.

And the mechanism of action is, essentially, it's a gene therapy.

Unbeknownst to all of us in the field until just a few years ago, it's now been determined

and proven that every time you go in a hyperbaric chamber, the combination of increased pressure

and increased oxygen suppresses and activates up to 8,101 genes in every one of our cells.

And the biggest clusters of upregulated genes are those that control growth and repair hormones. In other words, heal the

wounds and the anti-inflammatory genes. And the biggest groups of suppressed genes are those
