Today's question comes from Abigail P. And Abigail asks, how often do I need to recharge crystals

that I work with every day? Abigail, this is a great question. And in fact, I just got done creating a brand

workers and crystal educators out there.

So quite frequently, we think of charging our crystals like we think of recharging batteries.

And in fact, when I was first learning about crystals, this is how I thought about it, too,

that if we work with our crystals, we deplete their energy, and so they need to be recharged.

Well, what I have come to find throughout the years is that this could not be further from the truth.

I actually don't think that crystals have kind of a finite reserve of energy that we're drawing from and depleting. Instead,
