Why is Ro with us?

She is the author of this book, Healing, Racial Trauma, The Road to Resilience.

You all have heard me talk a ton about the importance of therapy, the importance of

understanding our inner selves and paying attention to our mental health.

That's how I got into running of all things.

If you see how short my legs are and how slow I am, it will make no sense.

It is one of those things that I do for the sake of not just my physical health, but

my mental health as well.

I am so excited to talk to author, therapist, globe trotter, wife, mother, all of these things

and hear about Healing, Racial Trauma, particularly as it pertains to the black community and

black Christian community.
