crystals and I always learn something from every episode. Thank you for all you're doing to educate

And Brandy goes on to say, second, I have a question about crystals and children. Are there any

crystals that are especially helpful for children? With their little selves still physically growing

and developing their

brains, emotions, and self-control, are there any crystals that can support their delicate

systems as they grow and learn? How are their chakras and energies different from adults? Between my two

kids, we struggle with focus, kindness, and hyperactivity. So of course, if any can support those,

I'd love the recommendation, but honestly, any insider info you may have would help, and hopefully
