on the show. Today's question comes from Nikki. And Nikki says, I'm finding myself reluctant to put

my crystals to use because I'm stuck on how to properly program or set intentions with them. I feel like this

is because I'm just starting to learn what each crystal amplifies and what it's good for, and it's

hard to come up with intentions or words when I don't know much about the crystals or their

properties yet. I still have a lot to learn. Nikki, thank you so much for

sharing this. And I think that this is something that a lot of people can relate to, right? Because when you're

just learning about all the different properties, you might not really have a clear picture on what your

crystals can do for you. And if you feel a little bit lost about

how to work with them or what they're good for, then you'll definitely also potentially

struggle with setting an intention or programming them. So first and foremost, I want to say that

you do not have to program a crystal to work with it.

And I've talked about this on the show before, but my way of working with crystals is a little bit different.

I think programming is like sort of a more old school way of doing things.

It's about putting a very specific set of instructions or direction with the crystal

and intending that it focus on only that
